After you sign your contract with us, we will enter the onboarding phase, which lasts for one month. During this period, you’ll complete our onboarding checklist and upload any necessary assets. Simultaneously, we will integrate you into our internal systems. Following this, we will conduct a social media audit to better understand the current status of your account. Based on this assessment, we will develop a tailored social media strategy that will guide our content for the next three to six months. Once you approve the strategy, we will begin creating your content. Throughout this process, we will share the feed preview for your review and request feedback on individual posts to ensure we align with your vision. Once the content receives your approval, we will be ready to start posting.

If you wish to cancel your contract before the completion of the 3-month term, the following conditions will apply: A 1-month notice period is required. An early termination fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining locked-in period will be charged. No content will be provided for the remainder of the locked-in period. We’ll ensure a smooth transition and completion of any outstanding deliverables.
